Package: Starting at $350.
The basic Sonata Package includes the following: The videographer will visit the rehearsal to meet people and see how your ceremony will be carried out. The complete ceremony will be videotaped with 2 cameras. A wireless microphone or recording device will be attached to the groom to clearly record the vows. Videotaping a re-enactment of exchanging the rings, for cool close-up views on the hands. (The ring exchange re-enactment must be done immediately after the post-ceremony greetings, but it only takes 60 seconds to complete.) Click here to watch the ring re-enactment process. You will receive 3 standard-definition DVDs of the final program.

Extras __ Travel Fee (Use Google Maps and Mapquest to determine the one-way distance from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to the exact address of the farthest event and rounding up to the next whole mile.) 0 - 25 miles -- No travel fee for services costing $300 or more. 26 - 330 miles -- The total travel fee is $2 per mile. ___ Photo Montage ($25 plus $1.25/photo -- $50 minimum) Click here to learn more about photo montages and how to prepare your photos. ___ Altar Camera ($50) In some weddings, the couple spends a lot of time facing away from the congregation. This camera captures the bride and groom's faces at these times. The Altar Camera is operated by remote control has has no operator near the altar, Use and placement of this camera requires permission of the officiant. ___ Highlights ($50 for each feature) A video montage of highlights set to music. The client can provide songs as MP3 or Wav files or on a playable DVD, or I can use royalty-free music or purchase songs for the client ($3/song) if the client provides the title and artist's name. ___ Purchasing songs for the Highlights ($3/song). ___ Videotape Rehearsal ($25) The videographer will be available to videotape scenes and events at the rehearsal for up to 1.5 hours. ___ Rehearsal Dinner ($80 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour.) The Videographer can videotape people, events, speeches, etc., at the rehearsal dinner. The location must be smoke-free, and videographer must be notified at least 4 weeks in advance. ___ Pre-Ceremony and Post-Ceremony Activities ($50/hour) ___ Reception only -- If client does not need ceremony or other services ($80 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour.) ___ Video files for Website in Adobe Flash HD, DivX or WMV ($20 for each, bulk discounts available). Files will be provided on either a data CD or DVD, depending on size and number of files. ___ High-definition video files ($30 for each feature, bulk discounts available). HD files of your wedding to watch on a high-definition TV using a video player such as "Popcorn Hour" or Western Digital's "WDTV." ___ Groom Mic Audio ($25) The entire audio file from the groom mic, used to record the vows. ___ Additional DVDs (1 to 3 DVDs: $18 / 4 to 9 DVDs: $15 / 10 to 19 DVDs: $10 / 20 or more DVDs: $8) ___ Blu-ray High-Definition Disks ($30 for each 40 minutes, bulk discounts available.)

Sonata Wedding discounts available (Note: discounts cannot be added.) – $25 discount on a wedding between December 1 and April 30! – $25 discount on a Sunday wedding (if the rehearsal is also on Sunday)!
Booking Deposit: The booking deposit is a portion of the total cost of your wedding video and counts toward the payment of the total amount. The deposit for a wedding that is more than 90 days after the booking date -- 25% of the total fee. The deposit for a wedding that is 90 days or less after the booking date -- half the total price.
Note: All sales require the addition of 5.5% sales tax. As of June 30, 2009, the State of Wisconsin will permit Eau Claire County to increase its .5% portion of the sales tax to create a regional transit authority. State law requires customers to pay the sales tax in effect at the time of billing. |
