Polar Plunge PSA Each year, Special Olympics raises funds by sponsoring the Polar Plunge. It's a popularity has made it a major community event throughout the country. Robert Leidholdt tells his story The story of how Robert Leidholdt stopped on his way home from work and saved a man's life is a mini-documentary produced by Chippewa Valley Community Television.
