Pricing
Note: All sales require the addition of 5.5% sales tax. As of June 30, 2009, the State of Wisconsin will permit Eau Claire County to increase its .5% portion of the sales tax to create a regional transit authority. State law requires customers to pay the sales tax in effect at the time of billing.
The videographer will be available to work only in smoke-free locations.
Travel Fees
(Use Google Maps and Mapquest to determine the one-way distance from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to the exact address of the farthest event and rounding up to the next whole mile.)
0 - 15 miles -- no travel feel.
15 - 25 miles -- $1 per mile for services costing less than $300.
0 - 25 miles -- No travel fee for services costing $300 or more.
26 - 330 miles -- The total travel fee is $2 per mile.

Funeral Services
Videotaping of the visitation or memorial service ($80 for the first hour, $100 for up to 3 hours).
Additional coverage: $35/hour
Includes 1 standard-definition DVD.
Additional DVDs: 1 to 3 DVDs: $18 each / 4 to 9 DVDs: $15 each / 10 or more DVDs: $12 each
Blu-ray high-definition DVD -- $15 for each 40-minutes of programming.

Depositions ($80 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour.)
All depositions are filmed with a professional digital camera plus a backup camera. Sound is recorded with multiple quality microphones for clear audio when presented in court.
Includes 2 copies of the final video in DVD, VHS or both, one copy for each side in the case.
A videographer is often available at a moment's notice for last-minute depositions.
Concerts, Recitals and Sporting Events
There is usually no cost to the organizers if participants will be buying DVDs. Cost per DVD is usually $20 depending on the event and the expected number of DVD sales. Please call or e-mail for more information.
Special arrangements are available for non-profit clubs.
Documentaries, Oral Histories, Celebrations, Parties, Anniversaries ($80 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour.)
Honor members the family patriarch or matriarch or others with a documentary, or save those memories of special occasions. Occasions include: birthday parties, anniversaries, quinceañeros, bar and bas mitzvahs, confirmations, ordinations, baptisms, retirements, etc....

Additional DVDs: 1 to 3 DVDs: $18 each / 4 to 9 DVDs: $15 each / 10 or more DVDs: $12 each
Business Services ($80 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour.)
Seminars, training videos, safety videos, TV and radio commercials, etc....

Transfer videotape to DVD
VHS or SVHS: ($20 for the entire contents of a single video cassette up to 4 hours.)
8mm, Hi-8 or Mini-DV camcorder video (standard definition only): ($20 for the entire contents of a single video cassette.)
AVCHD high-definition camcorder video to standard DVD: ($35 for the first hour, $15 for each additional hour.)
Editing or titles plus transfer to DVD: ($35 minimum.)
Transfer of 8-track or cassette audio tape to CD ($35 for the entire contents of a single tape.)

Only cash or checks are currently accepted.

There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.
