Pricing
Note: All sales require the addition of 5.5% sales tax. As of June 30, 2009, the State of Wisconsin will permit Eau Claire County to increase its .5% portion of the sales tax to create a regional transit authority. State law requires customers to pay the sales tax in effect at the time of billing.
Travel Fees
(Use Google Maps and Mapquest to determine the one-way distance from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to the exact address of the farthest event and rounding up to the next whole mile.)
0 - 25 miles -- No travel fee for services costing $300 or more.
26 - 330 miles -- The total travel fee is $2 per mile.

Ala Carte (Starting at $550)
Photo Montages ($25 plus $1.25/photo -- $50 minimum)
($60 pays for a photo montage of up to 40 pictures. More pictures can be added for $1.5/picture.)
Photomontages for funerals always get priority status and can often be completed in 24 hours.

Funeral Services
Videotaping of the visitation or memorial service ($100 for up to 3 hours). Includes 1standard-definition DVD.
Additional coverage: $35/hour
Additional DVDs -- 1 to 3 DVDs: $18 / 4 to 9 DVDs: $15 / 10 to 19 DVDs: $10 / 20 or more DVDs: $8
Blu-ray high-definition DVD -- $20 for each 30-minutes of programming.
Photomontage
($25 plus $1.25/photo -- $50 minimum)
Photomontages for funerals always get priority status and
can usually be completed in 24 hours.
Depositions ($80/hour)
All depositions are filmed with a professional digital camera plus a backup camera. Sound is recorded with multiple quality microphones for clear audio when presented in court.
Includes 2 copies of the final video in DVD, VHS or both, one copy for each side in the case.
A videographer is often available at a moment's notice for last-minute depositions.
Concerts, Recitals and Sporting Events
There is usually no cost to the organizers if participants will be buying DVDs. Cost per DVD is usually $20 to $30 each, depending on the event and the expected number of DVD sales. Please call or e-mail for more information.
Special arrangements are available for non-profit clubs.
Celebrations, Parties, Anniversaries ($80 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour.)
Save those memories of special occasions. Occasions include: birthday parties, anniversaries, quinceañeros, bar and bas mitzvahs, confirmations, ordinations, baptisms, retirements, etc....
Business Services ($80/hour)
Seminars, training videos, safety videos, TV and radio commercials, etc....
Transfer videotape to DVD ( $35/hour of video)
(Source can be Betamax, VHS, S-VHS, 8mm or Hi 8.)
Transfer to CD (Basic: $35/hour of tape)
(Source can be 8-track tapes, cassette tapes or reel-to-reel tapes.)
