Meet Bill Olson

 

Bill Olson is the owner of Bill Olson Videography in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He has B.A.s in Broadcast Journalism and Psychology and also works as an independent filmmaker.

He has worked at WEAU-TV as a news and sports videographer, some of the video he shot has been seen nationally on NBC's “Today Show,” and he works at Community Television in Eau Claire, where he produces programs, writes press releases and scripts and teaches TV production classes.

Olson has won numerous awards, including two Bronze Telly's, a Mark of Excellence First Place Award for Television In-Depth Reporting from the Society of Professional Journalists, and two of his films have been official selections at international film festivals.
