The videographer will be available to work only in smoke-free locations. Deluxe Wedding specials: Pay just $595... – if you book your wedding at least 8 months ahead! – or for a wedding, between December 1 and April 30! Deluxe Wedding Package ($800) The Deluxe Wedding Package includes the following: One videographer Rehearsal The videographer will be available to videotape scenes and events at the rehearsal for up to 2 hours. Ceremony The complete ceremony will be videotaped with multiple cameras. A wireless microphone or recording device will be attached to the groom to clearly record the vows. The ceremony is considered to begin with the entry of the bridal party. Pre-Ceremony and Post-Ceremony activities This is dependent upon pre-arrangement, since the videographer must have time to set up his equipment before the ceremony and pack it away afterward. Post-ceremony greetings A video and audio record of the bride and groom greeting attendees after the ceremony. Re-enactment of ring exchange Videotaping a re-enactment of exchanging the rings, for cool close-up views. (The ring exchange re-enactment must be done immediately after the post-ceremony greetings, but it only takes 60 to 90 seconds to complete.) Click here to watch the ring re-enactment process. Reception The videographer will videotape events and people at the reception until 9 pm. (Videographer can stay later at a rate of $50/hour.) The couple is ultimately responsible for keeping the videographer informed about what events they want videotaped and making sure he knows when those events are to occur. The location must be smoke-free, and videographer must be notified at least 4 weeks in advance. ___ One additional Videographer ($20/hour) Travel may be required in some circumstances if wedding is more than 25 miles from Eau Claire. ___ Video files for Website in DivX or WMV ($10 for each feature created as a web file. Discounts for 10 or more features.) Files will be provided on either a data CD or DVD, depending on size of files. Final Video Product You will receive 3 copies of the final program. The DVDs will have interactive menus in which important features are separated by chapter.
